Thanks for so faithfully updating this site. I continue to pray for you and your family. I will home in 2 weeks and am hoping for at least a short visit with you. I will call when I get to Iowa.

Dear Lois, and Jim,
You are in our prayers every day, Just wish we were closer, so we could give you more support. Thank you so much for keeping us up to date. I remember all this so much, with Brother Harold, Sisters, Mary and Mildred. Mary’s Mother, Dad, and Brother went through all this. Her Brother often commented on how he could feel the strength coming from everyones prayers. So lets all keep praying.
We had another good rain here this afternoon, so I got rained out of the hay field.
Mary had another Birthday yesterday, so she has caught up with me again, untill Oct. 19 when I will pull ahead again. We went to the Blue Grass Festival Sat. evening and had dinner there. To Church on Sunday, then met the kids from two of our families up at rough lock falls in Spearfish Canyon for a picnic Lunch. Mary likes going on picnics. I would rather set at the table.
Lets keep up our faith, and keep praying.
Our men’s Bible Study last Wed. Morning at 6:30 at one of the local cafe’s, had 10 guys there, We studied Mark on the Women who tuched Jesus robe and was healed. Miracles do happen, with lots of faith.
