Jim, thank you for this article. There are times I have difficulty dong this. Since the loss of my sister and best friend (Virginia Schaefer) there are times that this seems so difficult for me. God bless you and your wife. I pray for healing for her. I have been through 2 bouts of cancer. I is a real test of faith. Pray for me.
God's blessings on you.

Thanks Jim, for reminding us how it used to be and what we are missing in our services today. A lot of those old practices are still carried on in the third world countries and are very meaningful and therapeutic. Too many things are covered up, masked or glossed over just like the guilty are doing with sin. We appreciate your articles.
What were the years that your Dad served at Bryan? I think we had SIM Friends that might have been there at the same time.
We continue to follow your reports on Lois' progress and pray regularly for you both.
We hope to be in Iowa for the State Missions Conference the first part of April so hope to see you there.
 Yours, Ron and Pauline
