The vast majority of people who call themselves Christian never give more than 2 hours a week (1.19%) to God. Probably they give about the same per centage of their money to God, also. If the music was good and the preacher did not get on them, they go home satisfied.

"take up your cross daily and follow me" it all belongs to Him. We all belong to Him. If we aren't all His, are we really His at all?

Hey Jim... I read some of your articles... this whole excuse about hypocrisy is not very new. It has been around for a long time. And I like what the Apostle Paul taught..
2 Cor. 8:1
Moreover, brethren, we do you to wit of the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia; 2 Cor. 8:2 How that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality.
2 Cor. 8:5
And this they did, not as we hoped, but first gave their own selves to the Lord, and unto us by the will of God.
People who don't want to commit their lives to the Lordship of Jesus The Christ can always find someone who doesn't live up to what they profess.
I suspect there is a "little" hypocrit in most if not all believers.
Hey... Love in the Lord. <
Oh... I had ankle replacement Tuesday... home Wednesday... seem to be doing OK. Trying to learn how to use Pastor Daniel's crutches... HA!!
